- Which facial should I book if I am not sure?
- Start with a 60 minute Thalgo Marine Facial or call us before booking. Both give your therapist enough time to talk through your priorities and customise the experience.
- Can Paigh perform the advanced facials?
- Yes. Natalie and Paigh perform the full facial menu except the Lightening Lift Peel, which is booked with Natalie.
- How often should I have a facial?
- There is no single schedule for everyone. Many clients choose a regular four to eight week rhythm, while others book seasonally or before an event. Your therapist can suggest a pace that suits your goals and budget.
- Should I stop using active skincare before my facial?
- Some active products may need to be paused depending on the facial and your skin. Tell us what you use when booking, and follow any preparation instructions provided by your therapist.
